Top Leadership is made up of the cadets who make the tough decisions. These cadets practically run the unit. It includes the Cadet Command Chief, the Group Commander, all the way to the Squadron Commanders. A further break down of each position is listed below.
Training and Evaluation Squadron
By now this Squadron shouldn't need much of an introduction. TES is responsible for creating standards and then evaluating how well those procedures are working.
Operations Squadron
All of the Unit's extracurricular activities are managed through the Operations squadron. Drill, Color Guard, Exhibition, and Rocketry are all found here. The Awareness Presentation Team, responsible for coordinating events with Special Projects, is also managed in this squadron.
Community Squadron
The Community Squadron handles Admissions, Public Affairs, and Special Projects. Pretty much, they are in charge of managing community service hours, outside events, unit functions, and taking all the pictures you can handle.
Mission Support Squadron
Mission Support; the brains of the operation. They handle all of the equipment, cadet data, academics, and service hours. Cyber Data keeps track of everything the cadets do, while Personnel logs information like rank, job experience, ribbons and awards.
